Shipping and Delivery Policy

We offer local delivery services for our products within the Dothan/Wiregrass area.

Delivery Times:

  • In-Stock Items: We aim to deliver in-stock items within the same day or next business day.*depending on availability of the delivery schedule

  • Special Orders: For special orders or items that need to be ordered, delivery may take 14 business days.

Delivery Fees:

  • Free Local Delivery: We offer free local Dothan delivery on orders over $999.

  • Standard Delivery Fee: A standard delivery fee of $99 will be applied to orders below $999. An additional setup fee of $60 will be added to the delivery fee if the customer wants the product to be set up in the home.

  • Delivery Fee increases: The farther the distance is from the store location (3725 Montgomery Hwy. Dothan, AL 36303)  to the delivery address causes the fee to increase.

  • Additional Fees:

    • Remote Area Fee: For deliveries to remote areas, an additional fee may apply.

  • No Discounts on Delivery Fees: Please note that there are no special delivery discounts for products on Clearance or discounted items even if the amount totals more than $999.

Delivery Process:

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, we will contact you to confirm the delivery details.

  • Delivery Scheduling: We will schedule a convenient delivery time with you once we have received the ordered product.

  • Delivery and Setup: Our delivery team will deliver and set up your purchase in your desired location.

    • Our delivery team is only responsible for delivery and setup of items purchased through Mattress USA. They do not modify or setup product that has not been purchased from Mattress USA or expressly discussed with store ownership/management prior to delivery.

  • Customer Pick Up: Customer pick up is offered during regular business hours, however, sufficient help must be provided by the customer. Mattress USA is not responsible for any damage that may occur during customer pick up. The customer is solely responsible for the method of which they choose to transport their purchased product. Mattress USA is not responsible even if help is requested from the customer in securing the picked up product.
